Emma Soleil is a Life Coach and PSYCH-K® Facilitator who helps clients overcome their fears / limiting beliefs / anxieties / insecurities, resolve emotional pain, relieve stress, and rediscover themselves so they can experience truly joyful and fulfilling lives, careers, health, and relationships. Emma felt called to serve people through coaching and PSYCH-K® after she navigated through and resolved her own insecurities, anxieties, and challenges including healing complex PTSD, PTSD, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and emotional turmoil around relationships, career, life, and self.
Previously Emma was a private equity investor at AEA Investors and an investment banker at Citigroup specializing in mergers and acquisitions. After she survived in a desert completely alone for a week, she had a number of revelations that inspired to her transition out of the world of high finance and create a life which feels more meaningful to her. She let go of certainty and what she created to invest more into her friends and family, become more of who she truly is, share more with her community, and serve those around her.
Emma has a B.A. in Physics from Dartmouth College and was formerly a competitive gymnast. Her gymnastics career ended after her ankle was demolished in a gymnastic accident. It was reconstructed through four surgeries over three years. That experience is one of the many through which she cultivated (and continues to cultivate) mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical resilience and excellence. Her journey is one of discovering the beauty in all aspects of life and experiencing fulfillment and joy along the way.
Emma is passionate about helping her clients create lives that they love, no matter what the challenge.
Aside from helping people, Emma loves to cook, host, meditate, sing, travel, read, hike, and surf.
