How PSYCH-K® Stops Self Sabotage

In my experience both with myself and clients, whenever we have a goal we consistently fall short of despite our best efforts there is some form of subconscious self sabotage at play. PSYCH-K® can reprogram the subconscious to get it aligned with conscious desires, making them much easier to manifest and stopping any further self sabotage. That said, PSYCH-K® requires awareness in order to be effective. A few questions to reflect on would be:

  • What would you like to create / experience?
  • What do you perceive as standing in the way of that goal?
  • How do you benefit from things remaining as they are?
  • What would you lose if you were to manifest that goal and what would the downside be?

The answers to these questions can be elusive, but in 1:1 sessions I uncover with clients things that their subconscious believes to be true, even though they consciously know otherwise. These subconscious beliefs serve a different agenda than the conscious desires and unconsciously undermine any efforts made to manifest a goal. Given that the subconscious mind is about a million times more powerful than the conscious mind and that it is running the show 95 - 99% of the time, it's often necessary to get its support for any goals in order to make that vision a reality. In my experience, typically the subconscious is solving for safety through familiarity, affinity, and/or connection to others. It may also feel a sense of unworthiness and hold other self detracting beliefs which make it difficult to create the preferred experience / reality.

Once we have some clarity on what they would like to experience and what is hindering them, we proceed to the balancing process.

 

PSYCH-K® Balances for Stopping Self Sabotage

A number of the PSYCH-K® balances useful for stopping self sabotage include:

  • Core Belief Balance — This process is a kind of catch-all designed to create greater harmony mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I felt much lighter once I completed this Balance
  • Relationship Balance — Looking in the mirror, I completed this process to balance my relationship with myself so that I could be more at peace with myself. I also did it via surrogation with another PSYCH-K® facilitator to balance meaningful relationships which weighed on my heart
  • Transformation of Perception of Stress Protocol — I completed this process for major traumas I had experienced, which helped me internalize a sense of peace and non attachment around each of them. It removed the emotion (anger, fear, sadness, etc.) from the memories and left neutrality. The pursuit of a goal can be stressful in of itself and this process can help assuage the stress to make the process more enjoyable
  • Messages Protocol — Emotions carry messages and the more the message is missed, the more intense the emotion grows. This protocol helps to discern whatever message the situation or condition is trying to communicate so that it can be fully received and then integrated into our being
  • New Reality Protocol — This protocol is a way of getting guidance from our future selves who are already living the life we would like to create and experience. I find it extremely helpful in getting from where I already am to where I would like to be mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually
  • Individual Balances  — Completed for the most part through either the New Direction Balance or the Resolution Balance:
    • I feel / am worthy of my desired outcome
    • I feel safe in my desired reality 
    • I feel loved and connected in my desired reality 
    • etc.

It's important to note that individual balances are neither affirmations nor toxic positivity. Instead, they are statements we would like to be true and intentions that are set during the balancing process which facilitate a somatic experience and energetic shift. This new belief is downloaded into the subconscious through the balance and this transformation is sustained indefinitely.

 

Action Steps for Success

Once the potential is unlocked by using PSYCH-K® to align the subconscious programming to support the desired outcome, subsequent aligned actions make that potential manifest.
