How PSYCH-K® Stops Nervousness

I used to be terribly nervous about performing and about being in large groups of people. That's no longer the case because PSYCH-K® Balances fixed that problem for me within just a couple of sessions. Here's how: 


How Do I Stop My Nervousness?

To stop nervousness, the PSYCH-K® Balances I see most frequently used by my clients are: 

  • Transformation of Perception of Stress Protocol — I completed this process for traumas around the source of nervousness I had experienced, which helped me internalize a sense of peace and non attachment around each of them. It removed the emotion (anger, fear, sadness, etc.) from the memories and left neutrality. I also used it for the topic of which I was nervous to the same end
  • Messages Protocol — Emotions carry messages and the more the message is missed, the more intense the emotion grows. This protocol helps to discern whatever message the situation or condition is trying to communicate so that it can be fully received and then integrated into our being
  • New Reality Protocol — This protocol is a way of getting guidance from our future selves who are already living the life we would like to create and experience. I find it extremely helpful in getting from where I already am to where I would like to be mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually
  • Individual Balances  — Completed for the most part through either the New Direction Balance or the Resolution Balance. This process installs new beliefs which support the client's desired outcome. For example, a client might wish to feel calm in large groups and so (s)he might then balance "I always feel safe, calm, and confident in big groups". It's important to note that balances are not affirmations or toxic positivity.  Instead, they are statements we would like to be true and intentions that are set during the balancing process which facilitate a somatic experience and energetic shift. The transformation is sustained indefinitely post balance.
  • Core Belief Balance — This process is a kind of catch-all designed to create greater harmony mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I felt much lighter once I completed this Balance

Additional Balances may be helpful depending on the consideration. For example, the Relationship Balance may be applicable where the client feels nervous about a relationship. Or general anxiety about life might be assuaged by completing the Life Bonding Balance.


Is There Anything I Can Do to Calm My Nerves?

I have found the easiest and most effective way to calm your nerves is to work with PSYCH-K®. If you are a persistently nervous person, it'd probably be best to just learn PSYCH-K® so you have it as a tool immediately available to you whenever you need it. Alternatively, you can work with a PSYCH-K® Facilitator in a 1:1 session.
