How PSYCH-K® Helps with Loneliness

 

In my life, there have been times where I have felt deeply lonely, even in company. I remember feeling as though no one truly knew me or cared for me. As a result, I kept my true thoughts and feelings to myself and rarely asked for anything. In many ways, I felt unworthy of love and connection so I contorted myself into whatever I perceived the other person(s) valued. It was often so exhausting for me that I would need long periods of solitude to restore my energy. I was mentally and emotionally isolated and maintained deeply unfulfilling relationships professionally, platonically, and even romantically. This was a precarious feeling for me to sustain longterm because the health impacts range from depression and anxiety, to self harm, to dementia, and even early death.

The reality was that I contributed to this dynamic. My own unresolved trauma used self isolation as a self protective mechanism. If no one knew my real dreams, they couldn't put them (or me) down. I unconsciously kept myself safe by creating distance between myself and others mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Despite years of this modus operandi, it only became apparent to me after my journey with Ayahuasca in April 2022. However, awareness was not enough in of itself for me to create deeper, more meaningful connections. It was only with PSYCH-K® that I was able to fully reconnect with myself, process my pain, and open myself up to truly connecting with others. 

 

PSYCH-K® Balances to Heal from Loneliness and Support Connection

PSYCH-K® helped me heal from loneliness and prime me for truly deep and fulfilling relationships by: 

  1. Accelerating the process of resolving trauma and releasing emotional pain (permanently)
  2. Facilitating emotional regulation 
  3. Overriding negative beliefs and perceptions
  4. Installing positive beliefs and perceptions 

The specific PSYCH-K® Balances I used with myself and clients to resolve loneliness and promote connection include:

  • Core Belief Balance — This process is a kind of catch-all designed to create greater harmony mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I felt much lighter once I completed this Balance
  • Relationship Balance — Looking in the mirror, I completed this process to balance my relationship with myself so that I could be more at peace with myself. I also did it via surrogation with another PSYCH-K® facilitator to balance meaningful relationships which weighed on my heart
  • Transformation of Perception of Stress Protocol — I completed this process for major traumas I had experienced, which helped me internalize a sense of peace and non attachment around each of them. It removed the emotion (anger, fear, sadness, etc.) from the memories and left neutrality. I also used it to ease my anxiety around connecting with others
  • Messages Protocol — Emotions carry messages and the more the message is missed, the more intense the emotion grows. This protocol helps to discern whatever message the situation or condition is trying to communicate so that it can be fully received and then integrated into our being
  • New Reality Protocol — This protocol is a way of getting guidance from our future selves who are already living the life we would like to create and experience. I find it extremely helpful in getting from where I already am to where I would like to be mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually
  • Individual Balances  — Completed for the most part through either the New Direction Balance or the Resolution Balance. The Goal Statements I found most helpful to balance for myself and clients for connection include: 
    • It is safe for me to open up to others
    • I trust others
    • I always feel safe within myself
    • I feel worthy of kindness, consideration, care, and inclusion
    • I matter
    • and more...

It's important to note that individual balances are neither affirmations nor toxic positivity. Instead, they are statements we would like to be true and intentions that are set during the balancing process which facilitate a somatic experience and energetic shift. The transformation is sustained indefinitely post balance and becomes the new subconscious belief. 

 

Steps to Heal from Loneliness and to Create Connection

PSYCH-K® helps to ease internalized pain and unlock potential, but then actions make that potential manifest. Action steps are always determined by the client and are emotionally meaningful things they can do within 24 - 48 hours of Balances to consciously reinforce their new subconscious belief.
